"I Bought it From Love Island" Now you won’t just binge Love Island, but you can shop it. According to Variety, contestants will promote consumer products they use and encounter. Viewers can “scan a QR code that pops up on screen” that will lead them to E! Online so they can “learn more about the products and even buy them using NBCU technology.” NBCU believes that ecommerce can open a promising revenue stream. Sneaker Repair by Golden Goose: Golden Goose ( the $500+ sneakers) launched an in-store repair program & embroidery workshop at its Milan flagship. But repairs won't be cheap. It can cost $100+, and it's powered by 20 young artisans who were carefully selected by the Golden Goose corporate team. Its CEO Silvia Campara told the NYT that "there isn't a single luxury boutique that offers this kind of repair service," and hopes other brands are inspired by this and follow suit. Campara is also excited about the in-store embroidery & customization experience, which is a great way to attract customers into the stores and create a memorable shopping experience. Marketers ❤️ These Tools: Marketing Brew asked 150 readers what tools they can’t live without, and the results weren’t surprising! Canva got tons of love - who can blame them? VP of Marketings to CX Managers stated that Canva's a tool they rely on the most because it can be used to create social posts, emails, graphics, and more. The tools on the chopping block that are getting replaced by better, free versions are social media schedulers like Hootsuite and audio transcription services.
